TWENTY TWENTY-FIVE

April 7, 2026

Oh what a beautiful year. We spent it with more family time, and more adventures! I took on a new challenge at Core Income as a graphic designer and I could not be more thrilled. Moving industries has been hard, learning a new company can be difficult but I have loved it so far. I am really excited to see where this new chapter takes me.

From winter trips up to the cabin, to celebrating our one year old! A little family getaway on the North Shore to one of our favorite summer stops in Door County. From seeing our little one enjoy the Ephraim beach, to cheering on the Gophers. From celebrating love at MIA (Minneapolis Institute of Art) to ending the year on a high note.

While life has been chaotic and hard in each new season, it is also a bittersweet ending to another one. I am excited to see what twenty twenty-six has in store, hopefully more sunshine, art and adventures. Ciao for now, and onto the next!

TWENTY TWENTY-FOUR

December 30, 2024

What a year it has been. If it is possible, I think this was one of the hardest but most rewarding years I have ever had. Somehow life got busier while also slowing down when our little Oscar arrived in March.

From soaking up the last few months of pregnancy, to welcoming our bundle of joy in the world. Navigating maternity leave, to witnessing the greatest women’s gymnastics team in the world. From Oscar’s first boat ride and meeting my best friends little guy, to another quiet week in Door County with family. Finding time to travel to Maine to celebrating Oscar’s first Christmas with matching Carhartt hats.

I wouldn’t change anything about this year. Adding to our family has been one of the hardest things we have done, but also the most rewarding. Oscar has helped me realize how strong women are. Not only can our bodies create and feed a little human, I somehow have so much more time in my day to stay busy (what was I doing before??). I am excited to watch this little fella grow and explore the world. Twenty Twenty-Five will be a year filled with family, growth, slowing down and appreciating the little things in life. Ciao for now!

TWENTY TWENTY-THREE

March 2, 2024

Another year, another reflection entry! This year was filled with a lot of trips, love and the start of our biggest adventure yet.

From one of the hardest gymnastics seasons to date, to our unbelievable honeymoon trip to New Zealand. Losing our sweet pup Miley, to celebrating another nuptuils with my forever wedding date. From adding my first Cyanotype piece to the Hardy Gallery in Door County to a summer full of trips and concerts (and Weezer reposted my insta story, OMG!!). From finding out and sharing our happy news with friends and family, to celebrating our last Christmas as just a pair.

This past year was the ending of one chapter and the beginning of another. We are so excited to expand our family and welcome our little one in April. I look forward to taking on a new role as ‘mama’ and learning about this new version of myself. Twenty Twenty-Four will be a year filled with family, from all sides, and I cannot wait to soak it all in. Ciao for now!
