Echelon Training Company began as an early concept while developing a client project, and I was inspired to expand the idea into a full brand. Designed for bank franchise owners and financial leaders, the concept focuses on structured education, professional growth, and operational excellence. I wanted the brand to feel credible, elevated, and highly organized, reflecting the expertise and discipline expected in the banking industry.
The visual identity centers around education and advancement, using a book-inspired logo paired with a bold, professional color palette to create distinction within a traditionally conservative space. Through thoughtful typography, strong layout structure, and purposeful brand messaging, the final concept communicates authority, clarity, and a commitment to high-level learning.
